Wear with a duty belt for ultimate performance and fit.    Designed specifically for paramedics, our stretch comfort waistband offers supreme comfort for all, even when kneeling or sitting. 

Sizes stated are as per the garment measurements; the waist adjuster allows for approx. 2 inches extra.  See size chart below for waist measurements.
