Additionally, the expandable elasticated sidebands on the cargo pockets offer extra space when needed, while the external attachments for EMS shears and other tools keep your critical gear within reach.

50mm Belt Loops

The 4 MOLLE-compatible belt attachment points and two front carabiner loops allow you to attach keys, a carabiner with microporous tape, and other medical tools.

The belt loops accommodate up to a 50mm duty belt, ensuring stability and strength even with heavy loads.
