Safariland 568BL Moulded Hip Paddle with QLS 22 Receiver Plate.
Kit Includes

- Safariland 6004 QLS 22 Receiver Plate.
This kit comes preassembled with all the fitting hardware included. This kit will require a holster with a Safariland 6004-19 holster fork (QLS 19) to be attached to your holster or a holster with a QLS 19 locking fork.
Safariland 568BL Moulded Hip Paddle
This 568BL injection-moulded polymer paddle is designed for use on standard 3-hole pattern holsters. It includes a self-locking feature – a hook that slides under the bottom of the belt to keep the pouch secure on the belt. Its ergonomic contoured design fits comfortably behind the hip. Fits belt widths up to 1.75" (45mm).

Safariland Quick Locking System - Receiver Plate (QLS 22)
The QLS 22 Receiver Plate is designed to accept the QLS 19 Locking Fork. Constructed of injection-moulded nylon, it screws onto mounting platforms, such as a tactical leg shroud, belt loop, wall, or any other stable location.
Features
- The QLS 22 Receiver Plate works with the QLS 19 or can be used with the MLS 16 attached to the back for use on MOLLE-looped equipment.
- It attaches to any Safariland holster with the 3-hole pattern and provides Level I retention.
- A quick pinch of the thumb and index finger allows the removal of any product attached to the unit for attachment on any other QLS 19 location.
- Permits the user to quickly rotate or adjust which accessories are carried, depending on the mission at hand.
The system (fork and plate) works with any Safariland® 2-hole pattern pouch or 3-hole pattern holster. Rearrange gear quickly and easily without the use of tools.
The QLS fork and plate combination passes the Level I Retention™ pull test.
