This is a restricted item and must be authorised before dispatch.  We can deliver to an official police address or alternatively we can deliver to a home address with authorisation. To receive your Police marked items delivered to your residential address, please send an email from your official @police.uk email address to [email protected] with your online order number.  Verification can take up to 24 hours. 

PLEASE NOTE: 

• State White, Silver, Grey or Black text
• Text will appear exactly as you have entered it - e.g. if you want your epaulettes embroidered in block capitals you must enter your requirements in block capitals
• There is a maximum of 2 lines of text
• There is a maximum of 8 characters per line (this includes spaces and punctuation)
• Text size will be scaled based on the number of characters. 
• You must specify the layout you require e.g.
  Line 1: ABCD
  Line 2: EFGH
• Customised items cannot be cancelled and are non-returnable - if you have any queries or special requirements please contact our sales team before placing your order
• Please allow 7 working days before dispatch.
• Epaulettes are customised & sold in pairs
