The installation of the Monadnock Dome Cap Baton Adapter can be executed in a series of 6 methodical steps:

Step 1 - Disassemble the cap and rod assembly by unscrewing the components.

Step 2 - Followed by their separating the cap and rod assembly.

Step 3 - Navigate the Dome Cap Adapter along the rod's length, ensuring it is strategically positioned to encase the standard cap.

Step 4 - Insert the rod into the baton's central aperture and proceed to resecure the end cap.

Step 5 - Extend the rod back into the baton, ensuring it is fully integrated.

Step 6 - Conclude the installation by manually fastening the standard cap in conjunction with the Dome Cap Adapter.

Quality Control Program:

During each stage of the operational workflow, meticulous in-process evaluations are conducted, culminating in a comprehensive inspection and rigorous testing before the final dispatch. These in-process assessments are in strict alignment with the U.S. Department of Defense's MIL-STD-105E standards, as well as the United Kingdom's Defence Ministry's DEF-131-A specifications. Each segment of 4130 steel tubing comes with mill certification, which encompasses a detailed chemical analysis of the steel composition.

Please keep in mind that the baton seen in the photos is not included with the dome cap adapter.
