PLEASE NOTE: 

Text will appear exactly as you have entered it - e.g. if you want your mug in block capitals you must enter your requirements in block capitals

There is a maximum of 1 line of text for the name and shoulder number (if applicable)

Then simply, specify the formula for their cup of tea or coffee e.g.

Line 1: PC 123 Jones 

Line 2: Milk

Line 3: Sugar x 2
