These Altberg Blueline Boots are designed to be waterproof and include a breathable, military-grade Sympatex® full in-sock bootee lining. These waterproof boots offer a snug-fitting heel and waist to support the ankle and arch, as well as a higher toe lift for high-activity specialists and tactical police duties (approved to BS EN 20347:2012).

A Forme Boot Fitting

The A-forme refers to the more asymmetric shape of this last. Many of the features are taken from running shoe characteristics: a narrower heel and waist to hold and support the rear of the foot, an increased upwards toe lift, reduced sideways pressure on the large toe, and a wider forefoot with slightly above medium volume.

Trek Airgrid Black Insoles

Altberg combat, blueline, and trekking boots come standard with Trek Airgrid black insoles. They provide excellent cushioning and also are fast-drying and extremely breathable. We size-mould each insole for optimal fitting and all-day comfort.

Specifications

• Material: High-density cushioned polyurethane featuring an open grid design that enhances air circulation and minimises moisture absorption.
• Thickness: Overall 5 mm – designed to fit Altberg boots.
• Footbed covering: It consists of two layers; the top layer, which is next to the foot, is made of an open grid mesh that retains no moisture. The bottom layer is 1 mm of felt to aid comfort and 'bedding in'.
