This pouch has been designed specifically for firearms officers (like AFO, ARV, and CT-SFO roles), combat medics, and police officers trained to D13 Medical or TPMED standards.

The Niton Tactical Rip Away MOLLE Medical Pouch Bag is made of water-repellent, rugged polyester and includes a quick rip-away MOLLE panel for simple removal & use when needed.  MOLLE can be mounted on the duty belt, patrol vest or thigh rig making it extremely versatile.

Our Trauma Pouch has a three-fold design; each fold has independent storage space. The interior has a spacious compartment, including several pockets, a strong elastic retainers, and a zipper mesh compartment. Its compact design gives it the capacity to hold all the medical and & first aid supplies you may need.
