The BACK-UP e960 is a compact & durable tactical flashlight. It is supplied with one 18650 li-ion USB rechargeable battery.

The multi-functional tail switch provides illumination mode and tactical mode options offering 9 light output options.

This flashlight can be continuously submerged in water for up to 20 metres without causing any damage to the flashlight .

Multi-Function Tail Switch Modes

The Niton Tactical Back-Up E960 can be used for various occasions, with both illumination mode and tactical mode. The mode will be revised if you press the tail switch 7 times consecutively. The LED will flash 6 times to indicate the Niton Tactical Backup E960 has accessed the other mode.

Tactical Mode

Options

1. Press and hold the tail switch to access the Turbo Level temporarily. The light will be off if you release your finger.
2. Quickly press the tail switch to access Turbo consecutively.
3. Quickly press the tail switch twice to activate the strobe

Illumination Mode

Options

1. Press and hold the tail switch for 0.5 seconds to access the moonlight level. Then press the tail switch quickly to access the memorised level.
2. Quickly press the tail switch to access the memorised level. When in memorised mode, quickly press the tail switch to cycle through ultra-low, low, middle, high, turbo, high, middle, low, eco and choose the level you need.

Quickly press the tail switch for 0.5 seconds to turn it off

Strobe, SOS and Beacon Mode

Activation: No matter if the light is on or off, press the tail switch twice to access the strobe.

When in strobe mode, press the tail switch twice to cycle through Strobe, SOS, Beacon, and Strobe.

Press the tail switch quickly to return to the memorised illumination mode.

Countdown Timer

3-minute timer

When the light is on, quickly press the tail switch 3 times to set a 3-minute countdown. The led will flash once to indicate the countdown is activated. The light will automatically switch off after 3 minutes.

Press the tail switch 3 times. The LED will flash twice, and the countdown will be increased to 6 minutes, which can be repeated to 30 minutes. The light will automatically switch off when the timer ends.

To cancel the countdown, press the tail switch.

Other Features

Lockout Function

The Lockout Function Lock the tail switch to avoid accidental activation.

Lock: When the light is off, Quicky press the tail switch 3 times to lock. The LED will flash 3 times to indicate the lock is activated.

Unlock: When the tail switch is locked, quickly press it 3 times. The Led will flash once to indicate the lock is deactivated.

Low Battery Warning

The Niton Tactical Back-Up E960 detects the battery levels at all times.

Battery save automatically activates when the battery capacity reaches 10%.

When less than 10% capacity is reached, turbo, high, and medium levels will not be available.
