Customisation

If any of your garments have logos, both embroidered and heat applied please do not IRON OVER A LOGO. IMPORTANT! Do not wash above 40 degrees.

Comfort Shirts

  • Machine washing at not more than 40 degrees
  • Periodically wash with a biological powder
  • Tumble dry on low
  • DO NOT IRON
  • DO NOT USE FABRIC CONDITIONER... WHY? It will prevent your top from maintaining its breathability - leading to a build-up of sweat inside the garment and you becoming hot and uncomfortable!

Fleece

  • Machine washing at not more than 40 degrees using a biological powder
  • Turn your Fleece inside out
  • Tumble dry on low
  • Do Not bleach
  • Iron inside out on a low heat
  • DO NOT USE FABRIC CONDITIONER... WHY? It will prevent your top from maintaining its breathability - leading to a build-up of sweat inside the garment and you becoming hot and uncomfortable!

Footwear

Periodically clean, polish and condition your boots. With proper care, you can add years to the life of your boots while retaining their original good looks! Without naturally occurring lubricants and protectants of living skin, it’s essential to keep leather clean and to add waterproofing conditioners to maintain it.

  • Using a moist soft brush or rag to scrub away dirt
  • If they are extremely dirty use boot cleaner. Let them dry out in a well ventilated place. Do not use heat!
  • NEVER PUT YOUR BOOTS IN THE WASHING MACHINE! THIS WILL INVALIDATE ALL GUARANTEES.

CAUGHT IN THE RAIN? If your footwear gets really wet whilst on duty, please do not dry on direct heat. Remove the footbeds and open up the laces to get as much air into your boots as possible. Never put them on the radiator or in the tumble dryer.

Headwear

We would recommend that you wash your hearwear as little as possible. If your hat / cap becomes dirty:

  • Hand wash in cold water
  • Hang up to line / air dry to maintain its shape
  • DO NOT MACHINE WASH Baseball / Bump Caps

Uniform Shirts

Your uniform has been designed to be easy to care for, and requires minimal ironing but to keep it in tip-top condition we recommend;

  • Machine washing at not more than 40 degrees
  • Tumble dry on low
  • Do not bleach
  • A good iron (medium heat)

Waterproof Garments

  • Machine wash at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees - using a non-biological washing powder or specialist waterproof garment cleaner.
  • DO NOT USE FABRIC CONDITIONER... WHY? It will prevent your jacket from maintaining its breathability - leading to a build-up of sweat inside the garment and you becoming hot and uncomfortable!
  • Turn jacket inside out

CAUGHT IN THE RAIN? If your jacket gets really wet whilst on duty, please do not dry on direct heat - just hang it up and allow it to air dry.
