International Shipping Terms And Conditions

Requesting an International Delivery:

When requesting an International delivery customers are required to email details of the items they require by adding the items to their shopping cart and selecting the International Delivery option at checkout. Customers must provide their name, address, phone number and email. No payment will be made at this time.

Order Confirmations And Payments:

The cost of shipping is calculated for each order based on the destination, and the size and weight of the parcel. Once a request for International Delivery has been submitted, the customer will receive a detailed quote including shipping costs and payment procedures. If the customer approves the quote then payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal. For security reasons verification of the customers address may be required in the form of official documentation (such as a utility bill or drivers licence).

Delivery:

Once payment has been cleared, the order will be dispatched using UPS unless otherwise stated in the customers quote. If a transaction is completed before 15:00 GMT Monday to Friday, the order will be dispatched the same day (stock permitting). Transactions completed after 15:00 GMT will be dispatched the next working day. Niton999 uses UPS to provide a tracked and insured express service, but we cannot be held liable for delays, loss or damage arising out of circumstances beyond either Niton999 or UPS control.

Returns:

Unsatisfactory orders can be returned according to the Terms and Conditions listed on the Niton999 website, and on the Returns Form included with the order. The customer should email sales @ niton999.co.uk for a returns reference number and a return deadline (this is two weeks for UK orders but may extended for International returns).
