Functional simplicity

Review:
This is an excellent piece of kit and very handy.

A great way of carrying hi viz clothing when youre not wearing a jacket or carrying a bag to stow it in.

My only fault would be that if carrying a hi viz vest rather than a jacket, the straps when adjusted end up being a little long and dangle from your belt.
