Description
The safety cutter provides lever action for smooth cutting of the double and spare cuff as well as most other disposable plastic restraints. Pocket size for convenient storage. Simple to operate with one hand especially in tight spaces day or night. Cannot be used as a weapon against you - the Break Point guards against an attempt to access the cutting blade to fashion a weapon. Can be used to cut vehicle seatbelts or clothing in an emergency.
