Description
Hiatt 2010 (Chain Link) Standard steel range of Handcuffs have the following features: 19 locking positions. Standard double locking mechanism. Heavy Duty Rivets. Three independently floating ratchet bars. Fast smooth positive swing through action. Reinforced steel swivels on chain handcuffs. Each set serial numbered. Exceed all published test standards. Shackle can be back loaded for speed cuffing. Includes two standard keys.
Hiatt will only supply handcuffs to Government agencies such as the police, military or prison service. Delivery must be made to an official address such as a police station or prison.
