Replacing the original and popular Bates Falcon, the new Bates Spyder Falcon has very specific improvements and now features an All Leather Kick Toe.
Features & Benefits
Overview
Made from full grain leather which is soft and flexible, the upper is easy to clean while the special Kick Toe is also resistant to scuffing. Thermoplastic helps to hold and maintain the shape of the toe and hold the heel to the back of the boot
The removable EVA footbed is anatomically shaped at the heel to provide comfort and shock absorption. The 3-Piece insole board gives arch support as well as flexibility.
The Spyder Gripper sole means that there are multiple leading edges on the sole for slip resistance. The mini lug improves stability and traction, and the heel and toe are stitched for durability. Even the laces are Flat Taslon so they stay tied together longer.
These boots are ideal for those in a tactical or athletic role that need trainer like performance with comfort, stability and support.

Question: Hi, my boots size is 10. 5. You do not have half size for these boots. Can you help me to choose the size. 10 or 11 |
|
Answer: The general advice is that if you are in between sizes you should take the next size up rather than going down. However, size guides are just guides, unfortunately there is no way to guarantee the fit of a boot. The following is bates recommendation for trying on boots; Tap your heel back in the heel cup and lace the boot. The boot should feel snug across the ball, around the instep, and in the heel. The arch should be comfortably supported and the toes should be free to wiggle and curl. The toes should not jam into the front of the boot. Check this by lightly tapping the toe of the boot into the floor. If the boot fits correctly, the toes should gently touch the end of the boot. Your foot should not move/slip inside the boot - this would suggest that the boot is too big or too wide. This is likley to cause undue wear inside the boot and may reduce the foot and ankle support provided. |
