Is this suitable for glock 17 magazines and left handed use?

The tc59166 mag pouch can be mounted to your duty belt, and there is no shaping or slant to the pouch so it should be easily accessible from either the left or right hand side. It is designed for 9mm/. 40 magazines, so should be suitable for a glock 17 weapon
