Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is important to us. If an item does not meet your expectations, return it within 14 days of purchase in an unused, resalable condition together with the original sales receipt and receive a replacement or refund.

Please note that items returned that do not meet the criteria for refunds and exchanges will be actioned at our discretion and will be subject to a 10% handling charge. Refunds or Exchanges will be actioned within 7 days of receipt, we will credit your original method of payment, excluding postage & Packing and handling charges if appropriate.

We strongly advise that returned packages valued over £50.00 should be insured, with the senders name and address clearley marked. Consider sending items of lesser value by Recorded Delivery.
